Revolutions has 3 fully qualified Pole instructors, we're all quite different in our personalities but we all have one thing in common - we love Pole Dancing! Here's a bit about us to help you get to know us...

Cat began pole dancing 6 years ago. She became a qualified instructor almost 3 years ago and loves sharing her passion for pole dance with others. After returning from maternity leave she set up Revolutions in 2010 and is now also teaching Aerial Silk and Hoop.

"I just love my job - how many people can spend all day doing something they truly enjoy and keep fit whilst doing it?! It's great to be able to help people achieve things they never dreamed they could do. Every time my ladies accomplish a new move they've been learning I get the same buzz I did the first time I learnt that same move as a beginner myself, especially when it's take a few weeks of determination and hardwork to get there."

"I also love to help ladies find their inner confidence - whether it's through weight loss or just a boost in self esteem. When I first took up Pole I lost a stone in 3 months, and more recently becoming a mum I am so thankful that Pole dancing has helped me to get my pre-baby body back! Everyone deserves a chance to feel fit, healthy and confident - I hope I can help some ladies achieve that."

Angela has been training as a pole instructor since February last year and became qualified in May. She mostly teaches private lessons but often covers group classes and is always around at Pole Jams offering advice and encouragement. Although she enjoys the spins her real passion is for aerial pole, and she's always trying to find new and more challenging tricks to master!

Liza has over 20 years experience in all types of dance. She has been teaching Pole and Burlesque for 3 years, and Pilates for 2 years. Liza usually teaches our Tuesday pole classes as well as Pilates, she also runs regular Burlesque workshops.

"Teaching pole dance and choreographing routines for the pole is so satisfying as routines can be fierce and powerful, sensual and slow and sometimes cute and coy. Dancing on the pole is a true way of showing off your personality!
Burlesque is also fun to teach as I love dressing up and being glam! I love the empowerment it gives women and it really builds confidence and teaches you how to be effortlessly sexy!"
