Cat began pole dancing over 6 years ago. She has been teaching for almost 3 years and loves sharing her passion for pole dance with others.

"I just love my job - how many people can spend all day doing something they truly enjoy and keep fit whilst doing it?! It's great to be able to help people achieve things they never dreamed they could do. Every time my ladies accomplish a new move they've been learning I get the same buzz I did the first time I learnt that same move as a beginner myself, especially when it's take a few weeks of determination and hardwork to get there."
