Introduction to Pole - Saturday 12:30pm, Friday during Pole Practice £12
For complete beginners - covering the very basics of pole dance so you can join a beginners class with confidence.
Beginners Pole - Sunday 12pm, Friday 8pm
Spins and choreography from levels 1 and 2, basic climbing and inverting techniques.
Improvers Pole - Monday 7pm, Tuesday 7:30pm
Spins and choreography from levels 2 and 3, basic climbing and inverting techniques.
Intermediate Pole - Sunday 4pm
Spins and choreography from levels 3 and 4, climbing, inverting and basic aerial tricks.
Advanced Pole - Saturday 10am
Spins and choreography from levels 4 and 5, climbing, inverting and basic aerial tricks.
Aerials Pole - Tuesday 8:30pm and Saturday 11:15am
A range of more advanced aerial tricks for those who are confident with sitting and inverting. The class suits mixed abilities as all students will be given individual challenges.
Stretch & Tone - Sunday 11am £8 (members £5)
A mix of yoga based stretches with strengthening exercises both on and off of the pole. Complete beginners are welcome to attend as no pole experience is necessary. The aim is to improve your flexibility and increase core stability, as well as improve upper body strength. You can choose the level of difficulty to make your workout more or less strenuous.
Pole Practice - Friday 4pm-8pm £8 (members £5)
A freestyle drop in session for you to come and practice your moves, advice is on hand for those illusive tricks you need some extra help with. Come for as long as you like and catch up with friends whilst you practice.
